It's pretty volatile, so no one can really tell you. We have days in a high in the 80s and days with a high in the 50s. We have rainy days (few and far between this year, but it just rained yesterday) and bright sunny days. Sorry. That's the best you can get.

Bring some warmish clothes (sweater or jacket) and hope for the best with shorts and tank tops. But don't plan on spending much time at the beach. The water is still COLD!

It depends what part of the state you'll be visiting. I'm in South Florida and the weather has been mild, but the weather up in the Central and Northern part of the state is cooler and drier.

Ok I live in Miami, and so far in February it's been pretty cloudy and drab and not sunny at all...but who knows what it'll be like in late February?? I'm guessing it'll probably be sunny/decent and hot/warm again, but just lettin' you know what it has been like
