The best, and safest, way to but your tickets is with Universal or your travel agent. A lot of times people selling used tickets are scamming you. For instance, the old tickets may be non-transferrable or empty and you would get there and not have a ticket. You could also do a timeshare tour to get the tickets for free, but this can take a long time to do.

I agree with tech.... also, look into getting an Express Pass for Universal... you can bypass the lines and see more of the park.
