Do you mean in Orlando? There are lots of malls in the area and lots of shopping. It really depends on what you like the most. My favorite mall in the area is the Mall of Millenia, it's got everything, great place.
My favorite stores in general are probably Staples (don't ask) and Circuit City.
My favorite mall outside of Orlando is probably the Mall of America.

In Disney? If you are talking about Disney World, then I suggest taking a bus or something to Downtown Disney. They have plenty of Disney shops as well as classic "Mall" stores. They also have restaurants, shows, gamerooms, and A Ghiredelli Soda Fountain that has the all-time best icecream and chocolate. You can also surf the hotels on the monerail for good shopping!
