Price the components yourself. If Jet Blue flies from your area, try them at www.jetblue.com or maybe www.southwest.com. They are always cheaper than anything I have found on the travel sites. Buy theme park tickets at www.undercovertourist.com or www.ticketmania.com. Book your hotel by calling the Disney reservations and get discount on the hotel with AAA. (obviously you have to be a member, they do check your card when you check into the hotel) I have had the best luck with Dollar rent a car, but you can go even cheaper by Using Disney's "Magical Express" bus you from the airport to the hotel and use Disney transportation to the parks. That way you don't need any rental car. www.mousesavers.com for other tips. "The Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World 2008" by Bob Sehlinger will be on the bookshelves by September. You are going during peak season, so get the book and use the touring plans they provide, otherwise you won't get your money's worth because you will be standing in line for hours... Also, it can be very cool in December, 50's and 60's. Check the forcast before you leave so you pack more pants and sweatshirts than shorts. Maybe a pair of gloves for Dumbo with the wind chill factor.

The best way to come to Disney on a budget is by staying at one of the Hotels right outside Disney Property. You can stay at a Disney Value Resort but it can be pretty expensive compared to other hotels. If you're also coming without your own transportation, I also recommend staying at a hotel that will also offer transportation to other Theme Parks besides Disney or that at least are close to them so that your Transportation/Taxi costs won't be extravagant. If you would like to, we are a Tour Operator here in the area with 10yrs of experience, and we sell Vacation Packages, Hotel Accommodations, Tickets and More. You can write us to reservations@interstatetours.com and we can certainly provide you with more information including costs.

check out mousesavers.com they sometimes have discounts on hotels. if you have a huge family and depending on the ages you may want to book through disneys family and get the dining plan or you can request information at kissimee.com for hotels. most hotels in kissimee provide free shuttles and are close to resturants in which you can get coupons for. i stayed in kissimee for a family of four saved about 1500 from disney with a 2 room suite. i flew from alantic city on spirit in which at the time had the best air fair. pittsburg airport has small airlines that fly to orlando check those airlines first. go to the airport website to find out the airlines. if you are definitly set for christmas you should really book your hotel now. most hotels require a one night deposit and can be refunded up to 24 hrs prior to check in, but this is if you only book through them. check there refund polocity. depending on the age of the children also check in to universal has a lot more thrilling rides than disney

There are many houses you can rent in Kissimee for about $1100 for the week......4 bedrooms, 2 baths and a small pool with a two car garage....etc. Check the classifieds in the travel section of your Sun. paper......Christmas might not be such a good idea.....$$$$ and crowds because EVEERYONE wants to between T/giving and Christmas....best to consider Jan 2-3-4- or so......
