To start you may want to call some of the following Clearwater, FL Beach Resorts and find out what stables they use to offer Horsbackriding. Then find out if those stables offer horsebackriding on the Beach.
Unfortunately most here are not listing 800 numbers to call, but for any Marriott or Hilton chain hotel you can call the main 800 number for Marriott or Hilton Hotels and have them connect you.
