I've been to both. It is a tough call on that one. Typhoon Lagoon has a better wave pool because it has "tidal waves" that come at you whereas Blizzard Beach has the bumpy-type of waves. The atmosphere is more appealing at Blizzard Beach with its blizzard-like theme but Typhoon Lagoon has the new water coaster. They both have a lazy river which surrounds the parks. Blizzard Beach's largest waterslike is much more intense. hope this helps and doesn't make your decision even more difficult. :)

I prefer Typhoon Lagoon. I love the wave pool. They have the new water coaster and you can swim with the sharks. I always choose Typhoon over BB.

The only Disney waterpark that I have been to is River Country, and that was years ago. Since that one closed we have not been to Typhoon Lagoon or Blizzard Beach. Either one will be fun, but if you are planning your vacation between October 26 '08 and March 21 '09 Typhoon Lagoon will be closed. It is undergoing refurbishment, so, your only option will be Blizzard Beach.

Typhoon Lagoon is better in my opinion, it has lots of tube rides. Blizzard Beach has more traditional water slides. Maybe this will help.

We went to TL twice and thought it was great.

Someone I know who went to both told us that BB has fewer shady areas to sit in. Depending on the time of year you want to go and others in your party, this might be a consideration.

This is why we went back to TL on our second visit instead of BB, as while Husband and daughter are on the slides, I like to take a book/MP3 and relax, but prefer to do so in the shade (I'm from the UK - we're not used to so much sun!)

We all thought the wave pool was great.

well if you like really thrilling water rides and fun attractions then deffinently go with blizzard beach.

i like tyhoon lagoon wayyy better. it had a better atmosphere, water rides, a big area or chairs for peope who want to lay out, and the wave pool. its wayy more relaxed but its not boring.

so its really based on what you want to do theree(:

I personally prefer TL, its more fun, the wave pool is amazing, and I just can't get enough of Crush n Gusher, its like a water roller coaster, I go on one time after another, very cool!
