This draft puts you driving for hours too often. Clearwater is a beautiful beach, but it is at least 2 hours away from Orlando and the theme parks, so you'd be driving a minumum of 4 hours that day. Miami and South Beach are even further away.....over 4 hours one way....in heavy traffic.....over 8 hours driving time...not my idea of fun.
Why only one day at Walt Disney World? Disney World includes 4 Theme Parks (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney Studios, Animal Kingdom), 2 Water Parks (Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon), and lots to do at Downtown Disney or Pleasure Island. You could easily spend 3 to 5 days at Disney World and still not see everything.
You have Universal listed 3 times. I think 2 days would be plenty.
Unless you can spend the night in Miami or South Beach; I'd take that off your list. You'll waste too much time driving and not be able to do much once you get there.
It's possible to do Clearwater Beach; but again the driving time will cut into your day. If you do Clearwater Beach, then make the following day your rest day or half day to go to Universal Citywalk, Downtown Disney, or Old Town.
If you skip going to Clearwater, then you could add Days at Disney and some of the other water parks in the area. Another alternative would be to go to Cocoa Beach; it's on the Atlantic Coast, and less than an hour away.
Many people split their time between two cities when vacationing here. For example: Stay two nights near Clearwater-spend two days on the beach or one day at the beach and one day at Busch Gardens in Tampa. Then change hotels and stay near the Theme Parks near Orlando for the rest of the trip.
South Florida, including Miami, South Beach, and the Keys deserve a separate trip.
