In southern Georgia, you can go look at timeshares and they will give you a couple of free tickets. You don't have to buy anything - but believe me, it's still not worth it.

I agree with the other posters. Generally, there are people hanging around near the gates attempting to sell remaining days on old tickets. There is no way to check to see if the tickets actually have days remaining on them, so often they are selling worthless tickets. You will not find this out until you try to go through the turnstile.

The other place you might see this advertised is on timeshares on the way to Florida. The tickets are cheap, but you buy them by sitting through a very high-pressure sales presentation for hours first. So you might end up with a three-day ticket after eight hours and possibly a $500 a month timeshare.

The only way to really buy safe tickets is through a real ticket broker or through Disney. Sometimes companies such as Small World Travel can get a small discount; Undercover Tourist is another place that has discounted or extra days on tickets. The other place I've heard of discounted tickets is at Costco or Sam's, or you can get them at some Wal-Mart stores in Kissimee and Orlando (4444 West Vine Street, Kissimmee, 8101 John Young Parkway in Orlando). Sometimes Disney itself offers discounts if you buy tickets online and in advance.

In any case, it's hard to save money on the tickets themselves. It's easier to save money on food and lodging though. Try the links below.

Short answer: you can't.

There's no such thing as "cheap" Disney tickets. Disney keeps a very tight control on their tickets. It's not like a little local park where you can get a discount at the grocery store. If you see some kind of amazing deal, it's probably a scam. I would never buy from anybody but an authorized dealer. There are a handful of authorized discount dealers who can give you *very small* discounts. AAA and Sam's Club if you are a member, Tickets At Work sometimes has pretty decent deals if your employer participates, and a couple of websites that don't require membership are http://www.mapleleaftickets.com and http://www.undercovertourist.com

Remember these are all AUTHORIZED dealers, so you can be sure they are legitimate.

You won't find any cheap Disney World tickets. Disney controls the pricing on its tickets so, while you may find slight pricing differences, you aren't going to find any amazing cheap deals that are legitimate. If you DO find something amazingly cheap it is likely a resale. This is where people sell their unused days to a broker and they are resold. Unfortunately, Disney tickets are not transferable. When you arrive at the park with your resale ticket your finger scan will not match the original ticket holder's and you will be denied entry. Then you've wasted your money on the "cheap" ticket AND you have to buy a new one at gate prices.

If you find someone "selling" cheap Disney tickets, you can rest assured that it is some kind of a fraud or scam or just plain phishing. The Disney co. (and Universal & Seaworld) do NOT put up with this kind of nonsense.. Buy some of these phonies and you will see what I mean.

You can try the triple AAA.

You can save $10.00 of tickets to disney world if you are a member with them.

No such thing. And any "offers" you see for them are scams or illegal.
